Seyval Blanc : This French-American hybrid covers more than 1000 acres and is the most widely grown white hybrid.

Traminette : This is a hybrid that was developed at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. It has a mild spicy character with lots of tropical fruit.

Vidal Blanc : A very versatile grape which can produce dry wines all the way up to the very sweet and expensive ice wine.

Vignoles : Its natuarally high acidity makes it a great grape for producing late harvest wines. It has honey and delicate flower blossom character.

Chambourcin : It is the most widely planted red hybrid in the East. This full-bodied wine has a garnet hue with abundant berry-cherry flavors.

Marechal Foch : Distantly related to Riesling and Gamay, it ripens effectively even in cool years. The wine has a crimson hue and cranberry/currant flavors.
