Once you choose one weekend or the other, it will be a very exciting evening for all to enjoy. Mark and Barbara Lancaster would like to invite you and your friends to enjoy an evening by the fireplace at Peek ‘n Peak Resort. Tapas is defined as small Spanish savory dishes, we will serve all types of food. This type of wine and food pairing is growing in popularity throughout the world. There are limited seats available, so reserve your seats early. You won’t go home hungry!!!

Schedule of events

2pm-5pm Barrel/Tank sampling at Vetter Vineyards Winery in Westfield.

Make sure that you reserve a time to take a journey down in our tank room and barrel cellar and try some of our 2007 harvest wines right out of the barrels. While trying our wines, enjoy some wonderful appetizers that are stationed around the wine cellar. This is a great opportunity to purchase some of our new wines that will not yet be released to the public. We will have great discounts on most of our in stock wines.

6:30pm-9pm The Restaurant at Peek ‘n Peak will prepare several small portion platters or “Tapas” type appetizers or small portion dishes paired with different wines. In between each serving we will talk about the wine and food pairing that is about to be served.
